A vegan-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon crafted with Lailey’s estate grapes within the Niagara River sub-appellation. Inviting aromas of cherry pie, maple trees and undertones of cola hover over the glass. The palate delivers a profile of dark cherry, baking spice, and woodsy flavours coddled by gentle, sweet oak notes imparted by a 23-month French barrel aging period. It has that endearing Niagara acidity too. Well-balanced with a warm, rustic charm. 93 points
