Vivace Estate Skin Fermented Vidal 2022

A low-alc orange wine from Essex County, Ontario. Aromas of candied orange and ginger reverberate on a zingy, yet silken palate with hints of rosemary and thyme adding complexity. There’s noticeable weight on the mid-palate that’s brightened with citric acidity and a gentle squeeze of orange flavoured tannins on the outskirts that continue on a prolonged finish. Pair with herbed chicken, squash or pumpkin based dishes. Or pumpkin pie! 90 points
