Flat Rock OC Chardonnay 2023

This ‘OC’ Chardonnay falls under the Monolith Series by Flat Rock. The wine represents a throwback to seriously oaked Chardonnay by spending 21 months in French oak barrels. Stone fruit, baking spice and nutty notes are prominent on the nose and palate. There’s a big, angular mouthfeel that generously offers layers of flavour while maintaining Flat Rock’s cornerstone structure of fine-tuned minerality and acidity. This would be an excellent choice for white wine lovers wanting to pair with anything off the grill this barbecue season.
