Derived from a single block on Westcott’s Home Farm vineyard, this Chardonnay exudes mineral richness and elegance reflective of the Vinemount Ridge terroir. Aged in neutral French barriques, the oak treatment plays a harmonic overtone to its core of fresh apple and honey flavours. Butterscotch and croissant flavours add warmth and depth. The palate - pristine. The finish - perpetual. The combination of this sub-appellation with this premium producer makes for cru-level Chardonnay every time. 92 points
