The Grand Piano is made with 100% Pinot Blanc. Fermented in stainless steel and sees a brief stint in neutral French oak broadening the depth of the palate. Baked bread and honey aromas transform to flavours of cookie dough and apple crisp edges. The mouthfeel is crisp, yet mellow, with elegant bubbles and an extra long finish. 92 points
