A beautiful expression of Prince Edward County Chardonnay crafted by winemakers Dan Sullivan and Lee Baker. This wine sees a 20 month oak aging in 500L French oak puncheons, 40% new oak. Elegant, with fresh bread, baked apple and pear aromas and flavours. Honey comes in on the palate with warm touches of oak that gently hug the fruit. Seamlessly balanced with invigorating acidity and notable county mineral essence that keeps everything on an even keel. Long finish. 94 points
