This is a vegan-friendly wine from the Sustainable Select Series from Kacaba that showcases the brilliance of a pure expression of Ontario Chardonnay. The Chardonnay grapes, 24% of which are Chardonnay Musque, are sourced from sustainable vineyards within the Four Mile Creek and Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellations of Niagara. Sweet apple and pear aromas, dusted with nutmeg introduce a fresh palate of stone fruit, citrus and an evolving mineral goodness. Sourdough and almond notes add complexity, with all flavours striding towards a persistent finish. Fantastic value! 93 points
