Flat Rock Pink Twisted 2024

This is an off-dry rosé comprised of 90% Gamay and 10% Merlot. Violets and dried flower aromas exude from the glass and hover above a smokey red cherry and cranberry underlay. A crisp, mineral driven palate brings baked red fruit in the core with some dried sage around the edges. Lovely structure and a long finish. Pair with a strawberry spinach salad or maple glazed salmon.  91 points
