An elegantly restrained Sauvignon from the estate Calamandrana vineyard in Piemonte. Crisp herbal and vegetal notes envelope delicate hints of pear and green mango. Lengthy lees aging contributes to a suede-like textural mouthfeel. Complex and well-balanced with a clean, persistent finish. Beautiful! 94 points
