This is a certified sustainable wine that illuminates the best characteristics of its two cool-climate grapes - Gamay and Pinot. Light-bodied, with juicy red berry fruit and savoury earthy edges. At surface level, raspberry and strawberry flavours, but further along the palate notes of mushroom and dried herbs reveal more depth towards a lengthy finish. 93 points
