Credentials

• I began my wine journey 20 years ago beginning with my Business Management diploma that included Wine Appreciation and Communications. I started my career at the Wine Rack, and then at the LCBO as a Product Consultant. To date, I’ve obtained certifications in Sommelier L1, WSET2, Canadian Wine Scholar, Wines of South Africa, Wines of Portugal, and Wines of Ontario. I’ve studied full courses of WSET3 and French Wine Scholar (still yet to write exams!)

• I’ve been selected as a judge for the Ontario Wine Awards, the highly regarded global wine competition Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB), and the Judgement of Kingston.

• I’ve written wine articles for SOMM TV, local tourism magazines, and am currently a Senior Editor for Vineroutes.

• I’ve worked with several “Wines Of” bodies around the globe including Wines of Argentina, Wines of Chile, Vins de Chablis, Vins de Bourgogne, Wines of South Africa, Wines of Portugal, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, Moscato d’Asti & Asti, Wines of California, Wines of BC, Wines of Ontario and more!
